At Nextgen Easy Trade Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing quality education and skill development services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. No Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once course access is activated. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal reasons.
• Inability to complete the course due to personal circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methodology.
• Technical issues (we provide technical support to resolve any platform issues).

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee. Once enrolled, you get immediate access to:

• Course materials and study resources
• Live and recorded class access
• Mentorship and support

Since access is provided immediately, we cannot offer refunds after enrollment.

3. Withdrawal from Course

• Cooling-off Period: If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have not accessed any course material, we will refund the course fee minus a 10% processing fee.
• After Access: If you withdraw after accessing the course material (including videos, live classes, or assignments), no refund will be provided.
• Course Transfer: In exceptional cases, course access may be transferred to another learner with prior written approval from the company. A transfer fee of ₹5,000 may apply.

4. Administrative Fee

A 5% administrative fee applies to all educational transactions, including fee payments and reward adjustments. This fee is non-refundable.

5. Reward Adjustments

If a student withdraws from a course, any rewards or credits earned may be adjusted or forfeited at the company's discretion. Rewards are not cash withdrawable.

6. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nextgeneasytrade.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Bank transaction charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Course Cancellation by Company

In the rare event that a course is cancelled by Nextgen Easy Trade, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee. Alternatively, they may choose to enroll in another course of equal value or receive a credit for future courses.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

• Medical or Family Emergency: We may consider exceptions with valid documentary evidence (e.g., medical certificate). Refund amount will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• Account Suspension: If a learner's account is suspended due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.
